Lemonayde is an eco friendly party rental company. We create unique, small scale kits you can set up yourself to create a magical event — without the cost, time and hassle of finding and storing the supplies yourself.

We are located in Kerrisdale in Vancouver, BC.

Select the kit you are interested in, include any add-ons, and click “request a date”. We’ll be in touch to discuss your event!

You’ll receive an easy to carry box (or boxes) and picnic table (or tables). Inside you’ll find all of the supplies you’ve ordered, along with set up instructions, an inventory list, and packing instructions.

While we don’t supply food or drinks, we do have a list of vendors we love and we’d be happy to make recommendations!

At the time of your booking we’ll email over an invoice with payment options for the kit and services you have selected. Once paid, your kit and date are reserved and no one else can book it out.

Yes! All our kits can be picked up and dropped off in Kerrisdale. Our low picnic table and supply box can fit in the back seat/trunk of most cars. Like a Huyndai accent. Ask us how we know.

We are able to deliver in the Vancouver area for an additional delivery fee. Just send us a message with your address and requirements and we’ll chat through the details.

We’re happy to set up your Lemonayde picnic kit and take it down for an additional fee. We love staging a tablescape! Pop a message our way with your address and requirements and we’ll discuss it further.

A standard rental is 2 days, but let us know if you need a little more time to coordinate pick up and drop off.

If you have added the set up and take down service to your order, and your picnic is not in a secure, private location, then we’ll discuss the rental timing with you so that it’s not left unattended.

We are happy to extend your booking if availability permits. It’s $30/hour or a flat fee to add on another day. Just let us know in advance and we’ll book it out in the calendar.

Follow the re-packing instructions and inventory list included. No washing required, just drop off at the agreed upon time, or schedule a pick up.

Accidents happen! Let us know if there’s a break, spill or missing item. Depending on the piece a fee may apply to replace it at cost.

Raincouver doesn’t always deliver the sunniest weather. We recommend having a back up plan should the weather not cooperate.

Personally we love an indoor picnic, our kits look amazing set up in a living room or dining room. We can also recommend covered park areas, although their availability isn’t guaranteed.

If you need to reschedule your rental, get in touch as soon as possible and we’ll work with you to see about booking a new date.

Please stay with your kit if it is in a public space. If you have booked our take down/pick up service and you need to leave earlier than the scheduled time, give us a heads up and we’ll see what we can do.

You can set up your picnic in most Vancouver parks, in your backyard, or in your own living room! 

Check out the list of Vancouver parks that allow alcohol if you plan on drinking.

Most Vancouver parks do not require a permit! Some designated picnic sites can be booked in advance with the city.

Cancellations made up to 7 days before the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 3 days are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. To cancel a reservation, email us at lemonaydekits@gmail.com. Or get in touch about rescheduling your picnic!
